            • With the employer premium savings you can:


                                       – Create a Linked HRA to reimburse only expenses
                          applied to the deductible


                      – Based on the premium savings and number of
                         Risk Units you can create these types of plan
                         options:
                             •Coinsurance
                             •Employee Deductible then coinsurance
                             •CoPay options (not often designed but
                              implemented to help ease the pain of change)
                     – May be beneficial to create a second HRA option
                        that will ‘mirror’ the old plan to help ease the
                        comfort levels of employee
                              • Do not have to ‘buy’ this dual option from
                                insurance which will help control claims
                                costs 
paid by insurance
                     – Include Non-linked HRA for those not insured with
                        this group plan
